A space to belong. A place to grow. Empowered by connection.

Hi, I’m Sydney! I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Certified Youth Mental Health Specialist with dual master’s degrees (MSEd, MPhilEd) from the University of Pennsylvania. I specialize in supporting children, teens, and young adults through life’s challenges with high-quality care and proven strategies that truly make a difference.

If you’re a parent, I know how important it is for your child to feel confident, supported, and emotionally strong — and how overwhelming it can be when they’re struggling and you’re unsure how to help. That’s where I come in! Whether your child is facing stress, behavioral concerns, or simply needs a safe space to process their emotions, I tailor each session to meet their unique needs — and yours.

If you’re a young adult reading this, know that you’re not alone. Whether you’re navigating the pressures of school, relationships, or simply trying to understand yourself better, I’m here to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can build skills to overcome challenges and unlock your full potential.

My approach integrates evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play therapy for younger children — all delivered with warmth, empathy, and authenticity. My goal is to equip children, teens, and young adults with tools they can carry throughout life for emotional resilience and personal growth.

For parents, I also offer coaching and guidance to help you better understand your child’s needs and strengthen your connection. I believe real, lasting change happens when we work together. I collaborate closely with families — and when needed, educators and other professionals — to ensure your child receives comprehensive support from all angles.

My Philosophy

It takes a village to raise a child— in my office, you have that village. Here, your child matters. You matter. If I can help even one young person feel truly supported and one parent feel a little less overwhelmed, then I know I’ve done my job.
